Buyers should have their cheques
advised by their bank in writing to:

Cash, Credit Cards or Advised Cheques
are accepted
by the Auctioneers.
Veterinary Certificates, where required, must be from a member of Goresbridge
Veterinary Panel. (no
other veterinary certificate will be accepted).
All relevent documents including Veterinary Certificates,
Passports, Pregnancy Certificates, Reserves and any other details
must be lodged in the Sales Office on the morning
of the sale.
Strictly no substitution of entries
All unsold animals must be removed from the
sales complex as stables are required for next
day's sale.
Withdrawn lots should be made known to the
Auctioneers.
The purchaser of all Lots will have the right,
within 30 minutes of the fall of the hammer,
to request a blood analysis, to detect pain
killing, anti-inflammatory or performance altering
drugs. If the result is positive the animal
is returned and the Vendor shall be barred
from all future performance sales.
Random blood samples will be taken from entries on
each day of sale to detect pain killing anti-inflammatory
or performance altering drugs. If the result is positive
the Vendor shall be barred from all future sales.
